Spray magnesium oil onto your body and massage it in. Leave it on for 20 minutes to dry and be absorbed into the skin, then it can be left on or rinsed off.

Apply magnesium oil where you have muscular aches and discomfort. It may be applied with moisturising cream, or for sensitive skin, it can be diluted with pure water.
